people with some form of relief, whereas Myotherapy identifies the underlying cause of the injury to aid in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.

Structural Integration is a type of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue, or fascia, of the body. Structural Integration works to lengthen, stretch, and soften this tissue to restore postural balance, ease of movement, and a feeling of being more at home in your own body.

Since the first time I saw Karen and got ‘fixed’ I’ve never been to anyone else because she truly does it all. It made a huge difference for me in both my preps and off seasons, having regular bodywork done to stay mobile, prevent injury and feel fresh from inflammation when my cardio and workload was high close to a show. Whether I am in the middle of my off-season or like this past year 1 day out of the Olympia I know I can trust Karen to take care of me with my best interest at heart ensuring I will look my best, feel my best & perform my best. As a competitor herself she knows the ins and outs of Bodybuilding and the importance of not causing inflammation but rather reducing the inflammation, especially when close to show. There’s absolutely no one I would trust to work on me 1 day out of the Olympia other than Karen and that says it all! She’s the best, hands down and always the best energy when I see her Love her!
